Short Phrase Long Lesson

A long time ago, on a visit to LACMA, I noticed this phrase on a keytag by VARIOUS PROJECTS and I was struck by the simple truth of the message; so much so that I was compelled to spend $15 on the two-inch rectangle of purple plastic. (Irony ...anyone?)

The more I experience and understand, the more I realize how much there is to learn. Even so, I find a great sense of satisfaction when the things I have learned work together in such a way that questions are answered, projects succeed and relationships are built. That's when the "things" transcend isolated knowledge to become real... alive... worthwhile! I love that.

I am a pragmatic professional with a proactive work ethic. A non-traditional career path has afforded me unique experience in architectural design, construction administration, project management, production management, and procurement.
